4.4 million square feet of industrial space was recently leased in Moreno Valley, adding to the City’s already strong reputation of California logistics hub. 7 million square feet of industrial space is under construction.

So many corporations have chosen to locate in Moreno Valley that the City has seen the creation of 17,000 permanent jobs in the last five years. Many of the logistics centers utilize highly-skilled and technical positions, including robotics technicians, programmers and analysts.

Future business park development includes the World Logistics Center. Moreno Valley’s City Council recently approved the massive 40.6 million square foot development, the largest such logistics hub in California history. The project is anticipated to bring more than 20,000 permanent jobs to the City and 13,000 construction jobs.
