– Must be a Moreno Valley Resident with proof of residency
– Must be 18 years or over
– Must not have participated in a previous year’s cohort
– Must create or have an active LinkedIn Account^
– Must attend LinkedIn Learning ERC Program Information Session^
– Must agree to complete at least one LinkedIn Learning Course Certificate each month^
^ – Requirement can be met after registration but must be completed for license to be activated

– Complete at least one Course Certificate per month
