Using tools to evaluate where you are today, we’ll identify your areas of opportunity and gaps within your Customer Lifecycle, and prioritize your next best steps to take. By the end of the course, you will have a roadmap for sales & marketing that will better position your business for solid growth.

Session 1: Collecting Leads
Strong leads are the lifeblood of new business, revenue, and future raving fans. Collecting leads will be the focus of this session, including strategically identifying your audience, creating content that appeals to your target customer, and systematically capturing their information.

Session 2: Converting Customers
Converting customers covers the transition from a promising lead to a paying customer. The key lies in improving how you communicate with leads. This session will focus on how to guide customers by educating, engaging, and extending them a compelling offer to buy.

Session 3: Creating Fans
Creating fans is the phase is where happy clients become raving fans. When your clients have a great experience with your products and services, they buy more, buy repeatedly, and most importantly tell others. This session will focus on the customer experience and the steps to build transactional customers into advocates.
